The goal of the week is similar to that of the men's prospect camp: to scout the most promising talents, convey the playing philosophy and mindset of the women's national team, and give the players opportunities to showcase themselves on the international stage.
Under the leadership of head coach Melanie Häfliger, 22 players have been nominated for the tournament, including five players from 2006 and six from 2007. In addition to Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Slovakia, Hungary, and host Austria are participating in the tournament.
