Three netminders, eight defenders, and twelve forwards have received the call from Women's national team head coach Colin Muller for the second part of the Women's Euro Hockey Tour. Among them is a new face, HC Davos' Lucie Tenenbaum. Taking place in early November in Sweden, Switzerland will once again face Finland, Sweden and Czechia.
"The first WEHT tournament in Kloten in August was an important benchmark for us", Muller states. "We were able to gain important insights into our development process from the direct duels with Finland, Sweden and the Czech Republic. We need to use this experience to make progress in further games against these strong nations in order to continuously raise the level of Swiss women's ice hockey."
