Women's League

The Women's League team has acquired Swedish defender Josefine Holmgren and Czech forward Alena Polenska.

Josefine Holmgren last played for the HCAP Girls. Before signing in Switzerland, she had only ever played in Sweden, lastly for Djurgårdens IF. She also served as their captain during the 2022-23 season. Last season, Holmgren recorded twelve goals and 17 assists in 24 games for HCAP.  She was also named "Best Defender" in a vote by the captains and coaches of the Women's League teams. 

Alena Polenska, for her part, will play her first season in Switzerland. She is quite the journeywoman, having played in the US, Russia, China, Sweden, Czechia and Finland throughout her career. Last season, she was part of Agidel Ufa (RUS). In 24 games, she recorded twelve goals and just as many assists.
