Andrea Brändli was also named "Best Goaltender" of the tournament by the tournament directorate. The 29-year-old goaltender, who usually plays for Frölunda Hockey in the Swedish SDHL, kept the Swiss in the tournament and was one of the cornerstones for Switzerland's win in the bronze medal game.

Alina Müller, for her part, recorded four goals and two assists in seven games for the Swiss during the tournament and scored the game-winner in the bronze medal game against Sweden.
