After just one season in San Jose, the Swiss forward will have to look for another team.

Last night, the San Jose Sharks announced the qualifying offers they issued to their restricted free agents, and Philipp Kurashev was noted under "not issued". This means he will become an unrestricted free agent, and thus (most likely) has to look for a new team.
This past season, Kurashev suited up 43 times in teal, recording seven goals and 13 assists.
If no team takes a shot at Kurashev, the forward might return to Switzerland.
