The nominees for "MVP of the Regular Season" have been announced

Today, the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation revealed the nominated players for another category of the Swiss Ice Hockey Awards.

Šimon Hrubec, Marcus Sörensen, and Calvin Thürkauf have been announced as nominees for the "MVP of the Regular Season National League" category. The award will be handed out on August 14.

Hrubec posted a .932 save percentage (42 regular-season games) and a .939 save percentage in the ZSC Lions' championship run. Marcus Sörensen recorded 31 goals and 32 assists in 52 regular-season games for HC Fribourg-Gottéron, making him the best scorer during the regular season. Thürkauf only had three points less, recording 28 goals and 32 assists in 52 games for HC Lugano.
