U.S. Collegiate Selects at the Spengler Cup for the coming two years

At their first showing this past winter, the U.S. Collegiate Selects made it all the way to the Spengler Cup final. It appears they left a good impression, as they have been invited back for the next two editions of the tournament. 

"We can look forward to some exciting hockey in the upcoming games, too", Marc Gianola, head of the organizing committee, notes. "With their positive attitude, the college boys are bringing a fresh energy to our long-standing tournament."

With the Selects, four out of the six slots for the coming winter have been filled. They join host HC Davos, the SCL Tigers, and Frölunda HC.
