Bo Salerno, from EHC Winterthur, and Tarik Michálik, from the USA, will both play in Bellinzona during the 2024-25 season.

Defender Bo Salerno joins the GDT Bellinzona Snakes from EHC Winterthur. The 26-year-old already suited up for the Rockets and GDT Bellinzona back in the 2017-18 season. After that he played for EHC Arosa in the MyHockey League and most recently with EHC Winterthur, where he collected four assists in 46 games.

For his part, Tarik Michálik joins the Snakes from the American Hockey Academy (AHA) in Boston. The 18-year-old Swiss-Slovak forward went through EHC Winterthur's youth system before leaving Switzerland for the USA in 2022. With the AHA, he collected a total of 93 points (58 goals) in 129 games. Last season he led his team to victory in the U18 Elite Prospects Series Cup, being awarded MVP of the competition.
