Swiss League wants to make neck guards mandatory

At the IIHF level, the neck guards are already mandatory. Some National League teams (Genève-Servette HC, Lausanne HC) have also introduced such a rule for their players.

As for the Swiss League, those in charge will work out the detailed regulations regarding the requirements for neck guards, the correct way to wear them, and how to deal with non-compliance with the newly introduced rule.
