EHC Basel has extended the contract of forward David Hamr for another season. Last season, the 21-year-old appeared in 40 games for Basel (five points). “We see even more potential in him and look forward to continuing on this path together with him,” said Kevin Schläpfer, team manager of EHC Basel.
The Swiss League team has also signed defenseman Max Landskroner. The 20-year-old last played for HC Davos' junior team and has already reinforced EHC Basel via B-license in the last two seasons. Last season, he played 32 regular-season games (two assists) for EHC Basel. "Max is a player from our own ranks who has developed well and will take the next step with us,” Schläpfer said.
Furthermore, Kevin Zürcher has been loaned from SC Bern to EHC Basel via B-license. Zürcher signed his first professional contract with the Bears and has played four games for Basel last season.
