HC Thurgau inks Lionel Marchand to a one-year contract

Despite his young age, Lionel Marchand has already appeared in more than 100 Swiss League games split between the GCK Lions, the HCB Ticino Rockets, and EHC Visp. With the Valaisans he suited up on loan from HC Ambrì-Piotta the whole last season. Marchand has put his signature on a one-year deal with HC Thurgau.

In his career, Marchand suited up 35 times in the National League (zero points) and 124 times in the Swiss League (39 points, including eleven with EHC Visp most recently).
