For the next two seasons, Josh Lawrence will be a member of HC Sierre. Lawrence thus leaves Winterthur after one season but stays in Switzerland. "Josh is an electrifying player who will keep our fans on the edge of their seats with his speed and skill" states Chris McSorley on behalf of HC Sierre.
Last championship, in his first pro season, Lawrence scored 30 goals and collected 22 assists in 45 regular season games, making him the third most prolific point-getter in the Swiss League. With Arnaud Montandon and Jordann Bougro, and the other acquisition Léonardo Fuhrer, HC Sierre now has four of the top seven scorers of the past season.
