EHC Basel extends the contract of Jakob Stukel

“Jakob is an exceptional player who can decide games. His extension is a clear signal of our ambitions. The out clause shows that we respect his career goals, but we are convinced that he will continue to shine in Basel," Kevin Schläpfer, team manager of EHC Basel, said. 

Stukel finished the 2024-25 season as the Swiss League's leading scorer, putting up 31 goals and 36 assists in 45 games. He also recorded the most points in the postseason (nine goals, nine assists in 17 games). He has been with EHC Basel since the 2022-23 season.
