Asked by Klaus Zaugg ("Watson") whether the Finn will stay with the SCL Tigers, Vili Saarijärvi only said that he has not yet thought about the next season. He did, however, amend that he might make a decision before the international break in November.

Moreover, the defenseman and Pascal Müller, the team manager of Langnau, have already talked regarding the future and it seems like they have found some common ground: "We are on the same page."

Still, the defender, who has recorded two goals and five assists in seven games, will certainly also attract other teams, so it remains to be seen whether he will stay with the Tigers.

As for Müller, he is also working on other deals. According to Zaugg, he is also looking to extend the contract of Aleksi Saarela who is currently in his fourth season with Langnau (three goals, three assists in seven games).
