SCB's Zurkirchen about his future: “I'm no longer willing to wait until summer"

As Sandro Zurkichen tells "Blick", he and SC Bern are talking about his future. He will consider "the whole package, with the prospect of playing, the salary, the team composition" before he decides. The Bears only have Christof von Burg under contract for next season, but are rumored to have shown interest in Lausanne HC's goaltenders as well as Reto Berra.

Zurkirchen is also not ready to wait for too long: “I'm no longer willing to wait until summer." He adds that he has a family to provide for and thus does not have the option to wait until a potential employer comes around. However, he would be ready to pull the trigger on option B: "I have two options. Both are in sales. One is in the automotive industry, the other in medical technology.”
