A few minutes before the start of this evening's home game against HC Fribourg-Gotttéron, SC Bern has given an early Christmas gift to all the fans who wanted Simon Moser to stay in Bern: the veteran has put his signature on a new deal valid until the end of the 2025-26 season.
“Simon is not only a role model on the ice, but also an important leader in the dressing room" states Patrik Bärtschi. "His experience, his qualities, and his tireless commitment are of great value to SC Bern" continues the team manager.
This season, the former captain of the Bears has scored four goals and put up six assists in 27 games so far while averaging 13:42 minutes on the ice per game.
