HC La Chaux-de-Fonds

On November 30, in the context of the home game against HC Fribourg-Gottéron, HC Lugano will honor Régis Fuchs with induction into their Hall of Fame. The 54-year-old joins Alfio Molina, Bernard Côté, Bruno Rogger, Silvano Corti, Andy Ton, Fredy Lüthi, Glen Metropolit and John Slettvoll.

Fuchs joined HC Lugano in 1998 from SC Bern, immediately leading the club to the National League championship scoring ten playoff goals including the iconic empty-netter in the decisive game of the final against the cantonal rivals of HC Ambrì-Piotta. After that, he won two more championships with the Bianconeri, in 2003 and 2006, his last year in Lugano. Overall, in 467 games for HCL Fuchs scored 99 goals and put up 164 assists.
