A product of the ZSC Lions, Raphael Prassl leaves HC Davos after three years to join the runner-ups of the past season, Lausanne HC. John Fust, team manager of the Lions, highlights the versatility of the 26-year-old: "Raphael has an interesting profile that perfectly complements our squad. He's a hard-working player who can play in all positions and will give us depth while maintaining a very high level of quality."

Lausanne HC was aware at the time of the signing that Prassl is currently injured to the lower part of the body and will be available only in October: "His injury was known before we signed him up, and we'll be taking all the necessary steps to ensure he returns in the best possible conditions" states Fust.

This past season, Prassl scored one goal and collected four assists in 34 games. At the moment, his productivity peak was in 2021-22, during his first season with HC Davos when he recorded 21 points.
