New team manager for SC Bern - Diego Piceci

SC Bern has found someone for their new position of Division Manager National League, which would just be the team manager in other clubs. Diego Piceci, who previously was in a similar position with EHC Wetzikon, starts his new job on July 21.

"Diego Piceci will lay the foundation for the further development of the first team thanks to his broad management and ice hockey experience", Bern's sports director Martin Plüss states. "We have thoroughly analyzed the past season, and the resulting job profile fits Diego Piceci perfectly. We are delighted that he has taken on this task and are convinced that we have found the ideal candidate for the new structure."

While Piceci is taking over for the National League squad, Nik Hess will oversee the youth department in a kindred role, although focusing more on development. They both report to Plüss.
