Mike Sgarbossa to suit up for the Lakers next?

Another change is on the horizon for Mike Sgarbossa. According to "Blick", the Canadian has agreed to terms with the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers for next season. They would be his third National League team. At the moment, the 33-year-old is technically under contract with HC Lugano, but has been loaned to SC Bern since January. He would still have an ongoing deal with the Bianconeri until 2027.

So far this season, Sgarbossa appeared in 39 games, recording twelve goals and nineteen assists.
