HC Ajoie wants to find a new coach within the next two weeks

As Julien Vauclair, team manager and current head coach ad interim, told MySports yesterday, if possible, HC Ajoie would like to find their new head coach within the next two weeks.

When asked whether Christian Dubé also figures on his list of candidates, Vauclair had this to say: "Of course, he is one of the candidates." Dubé was relieved of his duties as a head coach of HC Fribourg-Gottéron this offseason and has yet to find a new job.

As for other candidates, "Le Matin" suggests Juha-Pekka Hytönen, HC Ajoie's assistant coach and their U20 head coach, as a potential successor of Wohlwend. Whether the Finn really figures on the list of candidates has yet to be confirmed, though.
