The 24-year-old forward has agreed to a two-year contract. His new deal will be valid until the end of the 2027-28 season.
"Keijo brings tremendous energy to our game and always approaches games and practice with complete conviction. He is at the ideal age for hockey, works hard on his game, and has great potential for development," Ricardo Schödler, team manager of EHC Kloten, said.
Keijo Weibel is a product of the SCL Tigers' organization and is currently in his second season with EHC Kloten. In 20 regular-season games, he has recorded two goals and one assist.
