For a youngster who stays with EHC Biel, there is another one who is rumored to be joining soon. According to a Finnish newspaper, Helsingin Sanomat, Niko Huuhtanen has decided to join Biel after leaving North America a few days ago. He was part of the organization of the Tampa Bay Lightning, which, however, put him through waivers.
The 22-year-old spent last season with the Syracuse Crunch in the AHL, collecting 20 points in 52 games, while before that he was a member of Jukurit in the Liiga, with which he scored 36 goals and recorded 43 assists in 106 games.
