EHC Biel and Miro Zryd have reportedly agreed on an extension

A native of Adelbod, Miro Zryd toured Central Switzerland - with stops in Langnau, Zug, and Bern - before joining EHC Biel in 2024 with a two-year contract in his pocket. Now, in his second and final season of said contract, Zryd has reportedly decided to accept a new three-year deal offered by the Seeländers.

In Biel, Zryd is the most-used defender, averaging 17:24 minutes on the ice per game. In 34 games so far, he has collected nine assists and is thus just two points shy of his career best of eleven points in a season.
