Deal between Lausanne HC and SC Bern is reportedly done, another one in the works?

As Zaugg reports, Bern will officialize the deal on Monday afternoon. Connor Hughes will reportedly stay with SC Bern until the end of the 2030-31 season. Loeffel's contract is currently valid until the end of the 2026-27 season.

However, the Bears are supposedly not yet done on the market and are working on another trade. EHC Biel's Martin Steinegger confirms to Klaus Zaugg that he would be willing to let go of Rodwin Dionicio if the right offer comes along. Martin Plüss is now planning to offer some of his players to the Seelanders in exchange for the defender. 

The Bears are also still looking for a fifth import forward. SCB would like to start the season with seven import players; they currently have six under contract.
