The head coach of EV Zug announced yesterday that he would step down from his position at the end of the season due to personal reasons.

As Dan Tangnes tells the "Tages-Anzeiger", he does not know yet where he will end up next, but it will not be in Switzerland: "I haven't made a decision regarding my future yet. However, I cannot take over another Swiss team, that was a condition of the contract termination."

His agency originally told him to not announce his decision yet, but he wanted EV Zug to give a chance to look for his successor as early as possible: "As for me, I really do not know yet. Maybe I'll just take a year off and then really be at home with my family."
