B-licences with Ajoie for Basel's Jakob Stukel and Cédric Aeschbach

Recently defeated by Visp in the Swiss League final, the duo will now get to face the same opponent again and maybe at least deny their promotion.

HC Ajoie has activated the B-licences of two EHC Basel-players, Jakob Stukel and Cédric Aeschbach. Their Swiss League season ended last Tuesday, when EHC Visp defeated Basel in the final. Instead of vacation time, the forward and the defenseman will now once again play against Visp, this time as part of Ajoie's fight to stay in the National League.

Stukel was the Swiss League's best scorer in both regular season and playoffs, with a combined 40 goals and 45 assists in 62 games. Aeschbach was Basel's most-used player in the playoffs, with an average of 25 minutes and 17 seconds of ice time.
