SIHF extends contract of assistant coach Rikard Franzén

"With this signing, we are ensuring continuity within the coaching staff. We are deliberately relying on a well-coordinated team that knows the processes. Rikard brings a wealth of experience and has a high level of expertise in defense, which gives us additional stability," Lars Weibel, Director Sport, said. 

Franzén will not only work as an assistant coach for the men's team, but he will also serve the U20 national team in the same capacity. Franzén has been with the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation since the 2024-25 season.
