With their 3-1 victory over Finland, the Swiss team ends the preliminary round in second place of Group A.
With five wins in regulation, one in overtime and one loss, Switzerland finishes two points behind Canada who won Group A (five wins in regulation, two in overtime).
The Swiss will thus face Germany. The Germans did not have the best start into the tournament but gained momentum in the last few games and ended the preliminary round in third place. The game between the two countries is scheduled to take place on May 23, 16:20 CET.
