In his exit interview (as relayed by Erik Erlendsson), Janis Moser said he anticipates joining the Swiss team for the Worlds. However, the Tampa Bay Lightning have yet to confirm that he will be able to join the Swiss team.
Janis Moser was also part of the Swiss selection for the Olympic tournament in Milano (one goal, three assists in five games). For the Tampa Bay Lightning, he recorded seven goals and 22 assists in 79 regular-season games.
J.J. Moser said he anticipates he will go to the World Championships to represent Switzerland. That tournament begins May 15 in his home country in Zurich and Fribourg, and the Swiss open play that day against the U.S., which won the gold medal last year #GoBolts #TBLightning
