The captain of EHC Winterthur will take on a new challenge and continue his career in Japan.
EHC Winterthur
EHC Winterthur will have to make do without Anthony Staiger in their first season in the MyHockey League. The 32-year-old forward was, with the exception of two seasons with EHC Kloten, only ever under contract with EHC Winterthur.
The Swiss Japanese dual citizen will continue his career in Japan. His new Japanese team will announce his signing at a later time.
