The 28-year-old defenseman will have to pay a fine of CHF 2'000.-.

During yesterday's Game 5 of the National League playoffs final series between the ZSC Lions and Lausanne HC, Andrea Glauser deceived the referees by feigning a foul that resulted in a power-play for Lausanne HC.

In the eighth minute of the second period, Glauser was slightly tapped with a stick by ZSC's Derek Grant. The defender reacted in an "exaggerated, unnatural, and theatrical way" according to the Officiating Management. The Single Judge agreed with the report and thus sanctioned Glauser with a fine. The video of the scene can be found here.
