Yesterday, the 31-year-old forward was fined for embellishment. Today, he has been issued a one-game suspension.

Mike Künzle has been suspended because it was the third time yesterday that he was fined for embellishment this season. According to IIHF rule 64, he thus receives an automatic one-game suspension.
He will also have to pay a fine of CHF 6,000. Künzle has recorded six goals and six assists in 21 regular-season games.
