The 26-year-old forward is under investigation for a hit from behind he delivered to HC Ambrì-Piotta's Jakob Lilja.
Dario Meyer has been provisionally suspended for one game for the incident that occurred in the 37th minute of the game between EHC Kloten and HC Ambrì-Piotta on October 21.
Concurrently, proceedings have been initiated against the forward. He might thus be out of Kloten's lineup for more than one game. Meyer has appeared in nine games for EHCK this season.
