After a hit, the forward fell into the metal parts of the net and then into the boards. He left towards the locker room.
With a bit over a minute to go in Act 2 of the quarterfinal series between EHC Kloten and the ZSC Lions, Vinzenz Rohrer was on the receiving end of a hit. He collided with the goal frame and then slid into the boards at some speed. Able to get up and skate off on his own, the Austrian left the ice towards the locker room. Whether he suffered any kind of injury remains to be seen.
