A puck to the face spelled the end of the Finnish defender's evening.

Shortly before the second intermission in last night's game between EV Zug and the SCL Tigers, the guests' Vili Saarijärvi received a puck to the face. As "SRF" writes, the defender left the ice and did not return for the remainder of the evening. It remains to be seen whether he is ready to go for today's matchup against the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers.
