As "RSI" reports, Jesse Virtanen will require surgery. The nature of his injury has not yet been disclosed. However, "Rete Uno Sport" reports that his season will likely be over.
Virtanen has appeared in 53 games for HC Ambrì-Piotta this season, recording seven goals and 18 assists.
