The 34-year-old forward returned to Genève-Servette HC's lineup for the CHL game this week but he suffered a relapse.
Teemu Hartikainen will not play again before the international break. Another player in the infirmary will be re-evaluated: Luca Hischier has been out of GSHC's lineup since the beginning of October.
He will be re-evaluated during the international break to determine when he will be able to make his comeback.
